Idiag C360 · Fitness studios & health clubs

A 5-minute back check.
A 6-month member.

Every gym sells two things: losing weight and a healthy back. The Idiag C360 turns the second one into a campaign. A free, professional back check on your floor, a personal training plan built from the result, and a reason to join that no app can offer.

Plan on your floor

The result becomes a training plan the member does at your gym, on your equipment, supervised if they want it.

Why back health brings people in

Weight loss is a promise. A back check is proof.

Most people who walk past your front desk have one of two reasons to come in: lose weight or stop their back from hurting. Everyone can promise the first. The second you can measure, show on a screen and work on with a plan. That is what makes a Back Week work as an acquisition campaign.

A free check is an easy yes

Five minutes, no commitment, no contact, in a private area. People who would never book a trial workout will book a back check.

A measured result is a reason to listen

Their own spine in 3D, posture, mobility and stability as scores from 0 to 100. The conversation moves from "do you want to join?" to "here is what we would work on".

A plan on your equipment is a reason to join

The software proposes exercises for the result. You turn them into a 6-month plan at your gym, with a re-check at month 3 and month 6 that shows the progress.

The back check

Stand. Bend. Done.

The Idiag C360 captures the spine with a 3D camera, radiation-free, in three standing postures. The software compares the result with reference values of people without back complaints and shows it in pictures anyone understands.

Step in front of the camera

The member stands in front of the camera with the back uncovered (women can keep their bra on), behind a privacy screen. No markers, no contact, nothing to hold.

Three postures

Upright, bent forward, bent back. The software guides the trainer through each capture on screen.

Result on screen

The spine in 3D, segment by segment. Posture, mobility and stability as Idiag Spine Scores from 0 to 100, with the deviations marked.

Training plan with your logo

One click creates exercise recommendations for the result. Print it or email it as a PDF with your studio's logo.

Measure again and compare both results side by side. Progress the member can see is the reason to renew.

Campaign templates are included with every license. Editable, with your logo and dates.

From result to training plan

Exercises for the result, on the equipment you have

The software reads the result (for example a stiff thoracic spine, a flattened lower back, weak postural stability) and proposes exercises: mobility, strength, stabilisation. Your trainer adjusts sets and repetitions and saves the plan to the member's profile.

  • Bodyweight and mat exercises with illustrations, for members who also train at home.
  • Exercises on the machines common in US gyms (back extension, lat pulldown, seated row, leg press, hip abductor and more).
  • Your own exercises, added with a photo and a sentence, so the plan matches your floor.

Questions gym owners ask

Do I need a physical therapist or a doctor to run it?

No. A trainer or front-desk employee runs the check after a short onboarding. The software guides every capture on screen.

Do members have to take their shirt off?

The shirt comes off, because the camera needs to see the back. Women can keep their bra on: the software recognizes the bra band across the back and bridges the spine line underneath it. A regular bra with a narrow back strap works best; a sports bra that covers a large part of the back should be swapped for a regular one or taken off. Run the check behind a privacy screen or in a small room, offer a back-open gown and, on request, a staff member of the same gender, and mention it in the booking confirmation so nobody is surprised. The 3D depth camera records only the surface shape of the back, no photos.

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. The Idiag C360 is offered as a fitness and wellness assessment tool, not a medical device. It describes posture, mobility and stability and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Members with pain or a known condition should see a healthcare professional.

Where is the member data stored?

Names, contact details and reports stay on your workstation. You decide what you print, email or export. To improve the analysis and its reference values, Idiag receives de-identified measurement data: spine values with age and sex, but no name, no contact details and no images. Agreeing to this is part of the consent form every member signs before the check.

Do I need one camera or two?

We recommend two: one behind the member, one above for the bent postures, so nothing has to be moved. One camera works too; the software then asks you to move it above the back. One or two cameras

Can I charge for the check outside Back Week?

Yes. Run the check free during the campaign and sell it afterwards as a paid assessment or as part of a personal-training package. The license does not limit the number of checks.

What if it does not work for us?

The license is $100 for a year and the camera is yours. Run one Back Week; if it does not pay for itself, don't renew.
